Director Forums

The Office for Research organizes regular meetings to share best practices and find solutions to problems faced by core facility directors, managers, and administrators.

Running a successful core facility requires scientific expertise as well as skill in business planning, marketing, communication, and team management. To provide a forum for core staff and administrators to discuss challenges specific to cores, the VP&S Office for Research has organized regular meetings to discuss commonly encountered issues.

Core staff and administrators are welcome to attend. Slides and other presentation materials are also provided for reference, but please feel free to contact the Office for Research with any questions.
