The pick up location is in the VP&S basement (receiving area). There is a number on the door that can be called for someone from the mail room to come down to assist. There is a phone located in a room to the left of the receiving area that can be used.
A form will need to be filled out for each pick-up. A copy of this form can be obtained from the VP&S mail room on the first floor. Alternatively, a scanned copy can be downloaded and printed out for use.
Please note that the basement cannot be accessed from the main VP&S passenger elevators. The VP&S freight elevator or the Black Building elevators can be used to access the basement level.
