This Grant Starter Kit contains templates and primer documents to help you write and assemble your grant. We have also included links to resources throughout Columbia and NIH for instructions and helpful tips. For all NIH applications that are due on or after January 25, 2023 use Form H.
Please note that NIH is continually changing their policies. We will keep these documents as current as possible, but if you notice anything out of date, let us know. This is an ever-evolving process so if you have recommendations and content to contribute, please email us.
NIH is joining other federal agencies in using the term Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) rather than Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs). You will see both terms in use in the GSK while NIH works to update its websites and resources.
Tips for using the Grant Starter Kit:
- Narrow down the items you need by grant activity code by using the "Audience" filter.
- The "Category" filter can be used to select the type of item you are looking for.
