The Principal Investigator of a grant is ultimately responsible for all aspects of a project. However, your department will help you with post-award activities, including:
- Performing quarterly financial reviews
- Managing subawards
- Effort reporting
- Submission of progress reports
- Award closeout
Several VP&S departments utilize the Grants Management Services to perform these functions.
