Stores of dry ice are not managed centrally by VP&S. However, some departments manage shared dry ice repositories for their laboratories, or laboratories on a particular floor. The department/divisional administrator should know more about whether a shared dry ice system is in place for a given area.
If a shared dry ice storage location is not available, or a laboratory needs enough dry ice to sustain its own delivery, regular deliveries of dry ice can be set up by contacting Columbia's preferred vendor. Vendor personnel have access to Columbia buildings, and can deliver dry ice to a designated location on a regular basis.
