7. Stem Cell Core

The Stem Cell Core offers derivation & characterization of hiPSC from fibroblasts/blood & differentiation into purified progenies (neuronal, cardiac, RPE, hepatic, pancreatic, skeletal muscle). We use CRISPR-Cas9 for targeting single nucleotide modifications & gene knock-out. We offer on-demand hands-on tutorials on hiPSC maintenance/differentiation & welcome interns and visiting scientists to join the team on a short-term basis. Some reagents are available at discounted price. All services are available as fee-for-service.
