2. Single Cell Core (SCC)

The Single Cell Core was launched in 2017 with generous support from the Columbia Precision Medicine Initiative, Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Department of Medicine. We offer experimental and computational pipelines for single-cell and single-nucleus RNA-seq, single-nucleus ATAC-seq, and a multiomic workflow for joint snRNA/ATAC-seq from the same individual nuclei. We have processed >2500 samples since inception from >80 different labs.
